D&D General How do you handle Romance in D&D games?

Oh, so I'm the bad guy for using romance as an opportunity to turn my game into a LARP?

I am personally uncomfortable with handling it myself, as a DM and player so it’s one of my X card things. I don’t get triggered but as a DM I will check out mentally. It’s too awkward.

I love romance in TTRPGs, but D&D isn't really a game that is conducive to it and in the end it almost always turns out quite awkward.
