OK, and after that little rant, I should mention one way you could indicate where a particular piece of OGC comes from without mentioning them outside of the S.15 (but yes, you still have to copy the entire Section 15 of any products you borrow from).
Number the entries in your section 15, and put the same numbers, in superscript (like a footnote or endnote), by the OGC pieces you want to "acknowledge".
