Nice weapon. Let's say your attack is successful and your foe is tripped. Now, let's also say he loses the grapple check. Also, the bola is +1 with a shock/flame/icy etc. enchantment on it.
Next round, your foe attempts to break free. Do you use the same attack roll as before for the grapple check? If not, how would you do this? Regardless, if he fails, he would take the shocking/flaming etc. damage correct?
Lastly, when/if he does break free, is the bola broken, or is it assumed your foe just slipped out? Thanks.
