Are you trying to make a balanced feat, or trying to reduce the effect of AoOs on the game? If it's the former, I'd say have the feat grant a +2 dodge bonus for an easy-to-take feat, or +3 for a somewhat-hard-to-take feat. If it's the latter, I would have it grant a +4 or +5 dodge bonus and change Mobility to allow you to avoid movement-related AoOs altogether - it is training for the Spring Attack feat, after all, which does just that.
