I count 25 3.5 WotC products. I have another 14 3.0 books and about 65 3rd party books covering both 3.0 and 3.5 (mostly Malhavoc, Necromancer Games and SSS, but a couple of Fiery Dragon bits and pieces here and there). My spending habits seem to be about 1 book per month these days, with the occasional extra one thrown in here and there, divided between WotC, Malhavoc and Necro.

Seven total:
- PHB v3.5
- DMG v.3.5
- MM v3.5
- Unearthed Arcana
- XPH
- Eberron Campaign Setting
- Magic of Eberron

I will note that the Spell Compendium, the source of this dibacle, will be pretty damned useful for someone like me also. Its going to be a while before i get a lot of the mosnter stuff (DOn't run or play mosnters usually), I don't like Faerun, and I'm not suscribed to Dragon. Additioanlly, while I want ot sometime ge the Complete books, its probably going to be a bit.

Just my two cents on that matter. Ummm,a nd stuff.

I own 19 WotC books.

Core Books:
- Dungeon Master's Guide v.3.5
- Monster Manual v.3.5
- Player's Handbook v.3.5
- Complete Adventurer
- Complete Arcane
- Monster Manual III
- Book of Exalted Deeds
- Unearthed Arcana
- Expanded Psionics Handbook
- Frostburn: Mastering the Perils of Ice and Snow
- Sandstorm: Mastering the Perils of Fire and Sand
- Draconomicon: The Book of Dragons
- Libris Mortis: The Book of Undead
- Lords of Madness: The Book of Aberrations

Eberron:
- Eberron Campaign Setting
- Sharn: City of Towers
- Races of Eberron
- Five Nations
- Magic of Eberron

Non WotC Books:
- Arcana Evolved
- Tome of Horrors
- Creature Collection II
- Iron Kingdom's Character Guide
- Monsternomicon 3.5
- Book of Fiends
- Advanced Bestiary
- Portals and Planes
- Dungeoncraft
- Monster's Handbook
- Path of the Sword
- Denizens of Avadnu

I'm still wondering whether the Spell Compendium will be worth it to me.

A quick glance at the shelf by my computer shows 16 3.5 WotC products. I own more, but they are in storage. If I had to guess, I'd say it's another 10 or so, mainly race and complete books and FR stuff I no longer use.

Oh, and I've got a whopping FOUR 3.5 books. Three core books, plus the Planar Handbook. I've got nearly all the 3.0 books, mostly packed away. I've got other 3.5 books floating around here, but they're provided by the players in my campaign. I've also got photocopies of various bits from books that players have used to build their PCs (I know, it's EVIL!)

I'm reasonably sure I'm getting the Spell Compendium as a gift.

That would probably be because both are 3.0 products with some 3.5 stuff in them.

I also noted that the Miniatures Handbook is on the list. That one is definitely a 3.0 book.
Considering that the Miniatures Handbook was printed in October 2003, I will disagree with you. It is 3.5.

I own 60+ products, but I'll still be buying the Spell Compendium. Why? Simple, it's easier to carry one book around than it is 60+. I don't run games from my own house, so the less I have to carry the better.
