D&D Movie/TV How many have read the books that are a prequel to the movie?

I read both the books and found them both good. The Road to Neverwinter though is particularly good to read before the movie because it gives you a lot of backstory you would not otherwise have. The Road to Neverwinter really develops most of the characters.

I haven't read either of the them myself, but I've seen plenty of comments from other posters who have in the main movie threads. They seem generally well-liked and do add a bit to the backstory, as you say.
