Actually, as an amusing bit of trivia, there is an Indian (Native American) tribe that due to some wonky genetics actually has no nipples. They relied on domesticated animals to provide milk for their children. But throughout the centuries their numbers have dwindled, so now only about 500 of them survive.

Among anthropologists, they're called the Indian-nippleless 500.

There is a related question that has yet to be considered. Does an obese shifter, with or without a beard, grow man-boobs?

Of course, that then leads to me needing to know if said fatbeard shifter does grow man-boobs, how many man-boobs does he grow? Is it one for each nipple?

I also want to know when WotC will recognise fatbeard shifters as a distinctive racial build. After all, why should longtooths and razorclaws be the only official builds?

I hope shifters get their own 32-page book like the dragonborn so these sorts of issues can be officially explored. In the meantime, I think we should all contact customer services at WotC and get some answers.
