How many "official" classes & PrCs give +1d6 sneak attack at 1st level?

You'll have to lose one of those Feats. Bayushi's Technique has another Feat as a Prerequisite, as well as minimum scores in Int and BAB.

well, now that I got my hands on Rokugan, it looks like I can keep all those feats: the required feat for BT is already part of the Ninja class! "Speed of Darkness" (Ninja level 4) is just another name for "Way of the Scorpion": both add your Int modifier to Initiative rolls.

Now, all I have to do is to talk to my GM

well, my Initiative will be good - so in most of those cases, before things can get ugly, I will get the hell out of the way, and leave these f!&§$ to the clerics, mages & tanks of the group...

Uhhh, how many feats do you get? 7 at level 18, +1 for human is 8. Look at skill points, too. Can you really qualify for all those PrC's?

Can't remember off the top of my head, but many of the sneak attacking PrCs have similar prereqs...such as hide skills ranks and move silently skill ranks, etc...
Somebody has to cross-reference just to be sure...

I think Arcane Trickster might give +1d6 at first level, also.

And combine this to item that gives you user activated shocking grasp or some other spell with touch attack... Low BAB doesn't hurt that much anymore.
