How much would this cost?

Ok, silly question here that I really should know the answer to already. But it's been awhile since I made up a new character and I can't seem to find the answer to my question.

+1 Chain Shirt- Does the cost of a +1 chain shirt include the cost for the MW component? Or is that assumed in the 1,000 base price of the +1 chain shirt?

So the cost should either be 1,100 GP (100 GP for Chain Shirt + 1,000 GP for +1 magic/MW)
or 1,250 GP (100 GP for Chain Shirt + 150 GP for MW + 1,000 GP for +1 magical). Which of these should it be. I believe it should be the 1,100 GP but just can't find it in the rules to back me up.

Base Item + Masterwork Component (unless base item is already considered masterwork) + Enchantment.

1,250. You have to have a masterwork chain shirt (costing 250) before you can add the +1 enhancement bonus (costing 1,000).

Note that adamantine, mithral, and some other special materials already include the MW cost.
