It's something that I think about doing a fair amount, but in the end, most of the time, I just write my own. I like 4e, but haven't found a single published adventure that's even remotely worth running. I have an entire shelf full of 3e and 2e adventures that look pretty good though!

One of my future campaigns will be the old 2e Night Below box, converted into whatever system I'm running at the time.

I almost always use my houseruled system, so every adventure needs to be modified at least to a certain extent.

When choosing an adventure, I care absolutely nothing about the system. I always choose an adventure based on how interesting the scenario, story, or location is - and how well it meshes with the group that I'm using it with. Conversion is easy, even on the fly.
