I wish I had thought more about it before I voted, because now that I reflect we use the d4 the least - because since I use knockdown rules the d12 comes into use fairly often for people weielding mauls, heavy flails and the like.

d4 the least? it is our most used die after the d20. We use Magic Missile a LOT

Decahedron? Shuh... right...

I just thought I'd point out that while the tetrahedron, cube, octahedron, dodecahedron, and icosahedron are correct, you technically can't call d10s decahedrons because they're not regular polyhedrons. On all the other dice, the faces and the lengths of the vertices are equal, but d10s are irregular decahedrons.

Oh, and there aren't any dice we don't use a lot... high level monks, big axes, and heavy muskets put our d12s to good use!

I voted for the d12, but, honestly - I use the d% the least, as mentioned in another thread. Even arcane spell-failure doesn't bring it up over the d12... see - it's neglected too! (But there IS, I know, a reason.)

Is there anything besides the greataxe that uses a d12 in 3E?

Barbarian HP's, and the HP's for my half-dragon paladin :) . I get to use my d12 once every level. The barbarian in our group wields a greatsword instead of a greataxe, so he rolls 2d6 -- definitely his loss if you ask me, even if it guarantees an extra point of damage.

Thanks for mentioning my thread  .
