Well, our gaming group has... five women? Over two groups, and the same number of guys, so... recruit couples?
I find that focusing on story as well as character development is very important to keep the women interested, but they're all interested in different things, naturally.
Limiting Juvenile behavior is a must though, they don't want Lothario NPC's hitting on them all the time.
Frankly, the best tool to figure out what they want is to use your words and ask them. After most arcs I ask my players what they want more of in the game, and try and give it to them, or incorporate what they want into our sessions.
