How would a character mimic an animal noise?

What rule would you use to cover a character's ability to imitate animal noises for signaling and possibly luring animals toward him? At first I thought this would be Animal Empathy but I'm leaning toward Perform (Sound Imitation). A friend of mine suggested Wilderness Lore. What do you think?

It would depend on what the would be mimic tried to attain.

Fool the guards that he is just an errant badger - Bluff, possibly Wilderness Lore.

Be friendly with a moose - Animal Empathy.

Entertain the crowd at the Bouncing Buffalo - Perform.

Lure the ducks to come closer in order to murder them - Wilderness Lore.

I would give a +2 synergy bonus if the wannabe mimic had 5 or more ranks in any one of Animal Empathy/Wilderness Lore/Knowledge Nature.

In AEG's Mercenaries they have a chapter on new uses for old skills. They suggest Animal mimicry be a Wilderness lore roll.

I would say it is Animal Empathy. Read the check for it. Talks about noting each others body language, vocalizations, and general demeanor. I would let others try but at a serious penalty and only "common" animals dogs, cows, goats etc.

Wilderness lore for signaling, Animal empathy for luring. A +2 synergy bonus if the mimicker has 5 or more ranks in bluff for either.

The other suggestions work fine too; this is just how I'd handle it.
