How would you rule this entangle scenario?

Person A casts entangle on Person B and he fails his save.

Person C throws a net on Person B and hits.

1. Does B's Dex bonus drop for each entanglement?

2. If B is already entangled by the spell and C wants to pull him out with the net, does C have to beat the spells DC 20 Str check and then B's opposed Str check if B resists?

1) Entangled is a condition; once you're entangled, you're entangled. Thus, there's only a single penalty to Dex. It's like, if you're Blind, and someone casts Blindness on you, you don't become more blind.

2) I'd say that's a pretty fair way to do it. Otherwise, if they were working together, I'd let Person C make an Aid Another check for B's Strength check to break free.
