Human Bonus Feat and Skill Points

What happens to these when a human is no longer a human? Does he retain the bonus feat forever? Does he lose a feat as he is no longer human? Or is it more of a middle ground, the character doesnt lose the feat but the next feat he earns he has to spend on retaining the human feat that he no longer qualifies to have.

I ask because the bonus feat and bonus skill points are the big plus for being a human. If a dwarf is no longer a dwarf he will lose his darkvision ability. A gnome that is no longer a gnome may lose his free spell abilities.

So what about a human?

I emailed Wizards about something similar quite some time ago. My Elven Rogue was reincarnated as a human. My question was, does he lose his longsword/longbow proficiency from being an Elf? Does he gain the extra human feat? The answer was no on both counts.

Basically, my impression was that learned skills (feats, skills, etc.) granted by race were not forgotten nor automatically gained, but special physical abilities (darkvision, racial bonuses to saves, etc.) are lost or gained as races change.

So starting as a human and going to another race is a win-win situation because a human doesnt have any abilities that could be considered physical.

Except it might be a tedious process, being killed again and again until the druid rolls the right form with reincarnation...

She keeps the feat and skills already gained but doesn't get the additional skill per level anymore.
