Hybrid mixes?

Rogue|Ranger.

Two daggers, chose powers that work at melee/thrown. If you have CA, use the Rogue powers, if not, Quarry and use Ranger powers. Use the Hybrid feat to chose Brutal as your class feature.

Of particular note is that Rangers get a lot of Interrupt and Reaction attack powers and Rogues and Rangers both get lots of Minor or free action attacks in Martial Power. If you set the character up right you can get both Sneak Attack and Hunter's Quarry every turn.
