So are you heading out to the tower now? Any preparations you want to make before you leave? Give me a marching order and who is doing what during travel. (Keeping watch, navigate, tracking, mapping, foraging) and what travel speed you would like (slow -- allows stealthing; normal; fast -- -5 to Perception).

Technically those are two different things. Navigation will be fairly easy if you follow the road, so you can map. Unless you're not following the road.

I second the normal speed, and Theremin and sayine will remain in the middle. Sayine can be a backup observer, since she has advantage on perceception checks (as well as blingsight 10'!).
BTW, sorry for the delay in my response, I've been travelling for work...
