Actually, in that mode, I don't need to Ready an Action at all. I'm already under hard cover.

No, but you will suffer that 50% spell failure chance that Umbran mentioned. Note also that while you will be immune to the disjunction, any creatures you have summoned and any buffs you have placed on other characters will not.
