The Demonweb Pits, Lloth's home is said to be so dangerous that none of her petitioner drow engage in her requisite backstabbing because it would make it impossible to survive.

If it doesn't work in her home, how is it viable in Slavetopia, the Slaving Slave Pit of Slaves (AKA The Underdark)?
