What you are looking at is a White-Winged Dove. (The white Edges along the Wings are the give away).
It is a large, common dove of the Deserts of Mexico & the Southwest.
Thus when one started hanging around my backyard in Missouri, I went a little Camera Happy.
Poor Dove. I'm sure he's just hanging around asking all the other birds "WHERE the BLEEP are all the BLEEPING CACTI!!!!!"
Plus, he's got flashes going off every 3 seconds like Paris-Britney-Micheal Jackson 3-some in Downtown LA.
I mean, I guess I am extorting the fact he has no idea where the hell he is (shoulda put a few more ranks in survival).
