I want the Batmobile.

Huh. Guess I'm in the minority again. I love the new Batmobile. Granted, it's context-specific--if you don't watch the movie and see how and why he acquires it, it may seem a little odd--but it makes absolute perfect sense in the movie itself.

I did like the new one, once I saw the movie. It's not my fav for Batmobiles but it is cool in its way.

I'll bet it gets about 8 miles to the gallon... 1 if you're using the afterburner.

Actually, I heard it only gets 1 mile to the gallon period. This is second hand, so believe it if you like (source is a major comic book geek as well as a car geek).

A sleek, low-riding sports car will do fine in freeways and speedways, but the Tumbler is a vehicle fit for war!

And may I add, he doesn't use it all the time, since it'd attract too much attention (as in Burton's Batman Returns... a circus gang sabotaging the Batmobile??? Whaaaa--?)

That makes me feel a lot better. Because right now, the 'Bat-SUV' looks like one of the stupidest things on the planet.
