I6: Ravenloft (adapted to 3.x) - OOC Thread - CALLING MY PLAYERS!

I have the 4th edition and I was burned ... I still suffer. Let’s say that I played it for several months and quickly returned to 3.5th D&D, Ars Magica and Call of Cthulhu (Chaosium rules).
So Rhun ... don’t fall to the 4th edition trap, plenty of d20 damage to your brain.

Actually I'm pretty jazzed about the pathfinder rules, I hope you enjoy them Rhun. Now all I need to do is find a RL group to play them ;)

And I trust your judgement, Strahd, so thanks for the tip!

I really enjoyed making my PC, I can tell you that much. Now we'll just have to see how things actually go in the game! :)

OK, I noticed you don't have Spell Compendium listed, so the following spells are from the SpC. If you don't have it, I would recommend getting it since it updated and organized most of the spells from all the WotC splat books. FYI, I'll most likely use spells primarly from this source book & the PHB.

In any case, I would like for you to look over these spells to make sure they are kosher.

[sblock=Faith Healing]
Faith Healing
<Cleric 1, Conj(heal), VS, 1StdAct, Touch>
When laying your hand upon a living creature, you channel postive energy that cures 8 points of damage +1 per caster level (up to +5). The spell works only on a creature that worships the same deity as you. A target with no deity or a different deity from yours is unaffected by the spell, even if the target would normally be harmed by positive energy.
[/sblock]

[sblock=Body Blades]
Body Blades
<Cleric 2, Trans, VS, 1StdAct, Personal, 1min/lvl>
You sprout daggerlike blades from all the surfaces of your body and clothing. The blades appear metallic but are not actually metal, and never harm you or interfere with your movement or actions. You are proficient with your blades, and they allow you to deal piercing damage equal to 1d6+your caster level with a successful grapple attack. You can also make a regular melee attack (or off-hand attack) with the spikes and they count as a light weapon in this case. If a creature initiates a grapple with you, it takes the same damage, and you gain a bonus on grapple checks to resist the grapple equal to the damage dealt. You get a +4 bonus on Escape Artist checks to escape from net, rope, grappler or spell that entangles.[/sblock]

Nebten, those spells look okay...Faith Healing is likely only going to be usable on yourself; I doubt any of the others are going to be followers of (was it Brahari you chose).

I plan on getting the rest of the deity listings up tonight, though they shouldn't apply much unless you are a cleric or such.

Also I can I use the Weather Domain from the Eberron Setting Guide:

[sblock=Weather]
Weather
Your vision is unobstructed by nonmagical weather conditions. Add Survival to your list of cleric class skills. You gain a +2 bonus on all weather related Survival checks.
1st: Obscuring Mist
2nd: Fog Cloud
3rd: Call Lightning
4th: Sleet Storm
5th: Call Lightning Storm
6th: Control Winds
7th: Control Weather
8th: Whirlwind
9th: Storm of Vengeance
[/sblock]

That's fine, I plan on using the Faith Healing on myself =v). I got a CSW memorized if somebody really needs it =v).
