"As far as I know, Master, she does not. But we are few and the Freefolk are many..."

"Do you DARE make excuses, wretch?"

"No Master. Please Master, hear me out. The talisman is in possession of this territory's marshal, Master, a wizard of no small talent. We could perhaps sneak through the Freefolk, slaughtering those who find us, but we risk exposure and losing our men, and even then, attacking a Wizard is not a..."

"Stop your incessant prattling. If you have reason for me to consider you less than a total failure, then SPEAK!"

"Yes Master. I think you will be most pleased, Master. I personally discovered the young Lady Lyrue while she was out riding."

"Lyrue? You mean the Mage Queen's daughter?"

"Yes Master. I captured her and we are holding her now in a farmhouse just west of the forest's edge."

"I trust you disposed of the farmer and his family."

"They were glorious sacrifices in your name, Master."

"Very well. However, this is IRRELEVANT to the matter at hand."

"There is more, Master. We have leaked information to the marshal that the Freefolk have the princess and are going to sacrifice her this night. The marshal is mustering his forces, and they will attack at nightfall, massacring the gathered unsuspecting Freefolk by the hundreds. Meanwhile, I will snatch the unguarded talisman. In the aftermath, no one will notice the foolish fortune teller's missing crystal ball. And then, we shall spill the princess's virgin blood as tribute to your return."

"Hmm...excellent. I am most pleased, my minion. Most pleased. When this world once more quakes and trembles at my name, a whole kingdom will be yours, with slaves to service your every pleasure. Tonight will be mourned by generations to come!"

Vanitri curses mentaly and tries to recall if he knows where the farmhouse the man is speaking about is.

(OOC: With Eirian's speed, the distance between the farthest two is less than an hour's ride. And there's about another hour just to exit the forest and reach the farms. Keep in mind that the man's plans don't indicate whether he's actually heading there now. His accomplices may be performing a stand-alone sacrifice)

Vanitri will sneak back out quietly, before he wistles for his horse. Once mounted, he'll ride towards the farm houses, tracking when he can to try to get to the right one first.
