D&D 5E [IC] Creamsteak's Princes of Elemental Evil

Dent went to town on the priest in front of him, heedless to the danger at his back.

OOC: Move: None (Yeah, I know, not the most intelligent thing, tactically. But it's what Dent would do, and I want to honor that.)
Action: Two attacks with magical longsword on the priest. If one of them hits, will use Divine Smite for +2d8 addt'l dmg. Attack #1 [roll0] for [roll1] dmg. Attack #2 [roll2] for [roll3] damage. Divine Smite deal an addt'l [roll4] damage.
Bonus Action: None.

Kubeba's first strike kills the witch. His second strike kills the monk. The bondfire poses.

Thaliss bubbles out of there. Two hits, one kill.

Dent swings at the priest, but his shield spell deflects the first attack. The second attack and smite get through. Priest makes his concentration check. Dent gets kicked by the tornado to the other side of the priest while taking 11 points of damage.

Carradoc, Miles, and Maighan have actions.

OOC: Wait, I just realized: I saved and have Resistance to Lightning damage, and I still took 16 damage?

~ The jolt of electricity made Miles grit his teeth, feeling like his mouth would shatter as the convulsions wracked his body. However, most of the shock appeared to flow directly to the spear in his hand, the sapphires crackling and whirling with bright lances of current reflected in their multifaceted surfaces.

" Gods Damnit am I quickly growing to hate that!" he roared, shoving his way past the Kenku. The birds fell like autumn leaves to his spear: they were inconsequential, but the arcane woman could prove troublesome. He was already seeing what his own sorcerous comrades were capable of doing, and he was, quite frankly, very over the sensation of being electrocuted.

So it was that he charged the woman, bracing himself behind his shield to better hide the movement of his spear, before suddenly lashing out in a powerful thrust, intent on skewering the mage before she could prove much more troublesome. If he could, he intended to force her to stay and fight him here where her magics would be of little use compared to his steel. ~

Maighan blinks in surprise as her immediate foe is downed by an ally. She gives him a nod, then whirls to attack the other monk!

[roll0] to hit, for [roll1]!

Maighan downs the monk.

The three remaining Kenku attack Miles, but it seems to be futile.

The priest attacks Dent. He strikes once for 5 damage. He moves his dusty tornado guy.

The witch shocks miles for 6 damage after resistance. She falls back to the door behind her.

A gnome with a big pointy red hat and leprous skin shows up just ten feet from Carradoc, tips his hat at him, and casts shatter on the remaining Kenku. They die.

Party has actions.
