D&D 5E [IC] Uller's Out of the Abyss

Looking around, Ezraen runs back toward the guard tower, "Topsy, Turvy, Eldeth, once you got them secured, begin heading down, we'll follow as soon as we can!"

As soon as he can, the half-drow throws open the tower door and tosses the holy symbol to the dwarven cleric, "Orsik, heads up. Let's try not to lose this."

Rage gave way to a momentary panic as the bolt threatened to break, but somehow, the door held.

"Priest!" Surana exclaimed with a pleading nod to the dwarf. "I hope your god is in a good mood," she added with a wry grin as they braced to pull the last pin.

The two other spiders, sensing the struggling quaggoth in the webs also move in. The quaggoth is unable to free itself as all 5 attack, one after another!

All five land a hit. Two on it's neck and face tearing away hunks of flesh as it screams in horror. For a brief moment you begin to feel kind of sorry for the thing.

Sarith motions with his hands and a globe of darkness engulfs the spiders and the quaggoths on the ledge. "Time to go!" he shouts at the rest of you. "They won't be able to see us, but if you touch the webs they will be able to sense you just as well. So stay away from their webs and get moving!"

The ropes are lowered, the gear is dropped. Characters can begin lowering themselves down.
OOC: It will require a DC 5 Athletics check for each d6 reduction in damage for each character (max possible damage into the pool is 3d6). So each character will have to make three DC 5 checks.
