Everyone has gotten the hang of the webs by now. You can slide down them at a speed of 60 since it's a good donward slope. There are two cables.
OOC: How fast can we move? Approximately how long would it take to pass through there? I am wondering if we can get a few people in so that we can fight from solid ground while fending off the spiders...
You can let your momentum carry you past the cave entrance a bit if you want but you have no idea what's inside or what the terrain is like.
If you like we can initiate the fight with two characters making the descent or with ranged attacks/spells.
If you want more than one character per web line at the same time to start the fight then we'll require an acrobatics check to avoid falling on your faces at the bottom. The more characters, the harder it gets.
Also think about your party resources. Jimjar is dead but he blinded a spider. Maybe Topsy and Turvy have some tricks. The fight with the spiders got deleted but iirc Sarith used darkness...so he still has faerie fire (or was it the other way around?). Orsik has 3 spell slots and some useful combat spells. Bertram has some useful spells too. Quaggoths are immune to poison, you've learned.
