GET MONTE COOK'S TEMPLE OF MYSTERIES NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously. It will fit the bill for everything you need. It's only $5 and the proceeds go to the tsunami fund. You can't go wrong. Ask your players for a $1 each or something.

The best thing is that everything's included. Just pass out the characters and you're set. It even comes with battlemats that you print out if you want. Just make sure you read through the adventure thoroughly first.

I'm surprised nobody has reviewed this product yet.

Just got back from the game. Since some players turned up late and then had to spend time working on their characters (lazy so-and-so's :p), we didn't have as much time as I'd have liked to, but we still had a fun adventure.

The high (or depending on perspective and level of maturity, low) point of the evening was when the dervish and the fighter/rogue walked into a room full of goblin women and children, many of whom ran at them begging not to be hurt. The dervish (who'd already asked the wizard to fireball them all) promptly chopped off a couple of heads, at which point the closest hidden gninja gave a martial arts yell, jumped up and kicked the dervish in the testicles (more mundanely known as a stunning blow). And then the other seven gninjae (thanks, Hong) did the same and beat the tar out of the dervish and proceeded to keep the entire party occupied while their women and children fled. I almost had tears running down my face at the expressions on the players' faces.

Good times. And thanks, everyone.

I saw this thread late, but I'm answering anyways.

A goblin Foe Hunter (Masters of the Wild) with human as his hated enemy.

Blues. (I love Blues!)

Just for the Dervish...

A geas. A geas to keep a goblin toddler safe and sound. Well cared for, well fed, happy and healthy.

The tot must come to no harm. The tot must be content. The tot gets unhappy, hungry, miserable, or, in otherwords, out of sorts, the dervish is in trouble.

And there are people who want to see the goblin toddler dead. The next door neighbors for example, who are getting sick and tired of the squalling brat. And religious fanatics of various sorts. Not to mention the bigots.

If that weren't enough, he has an ear infection. A persistent, Cure Disease resistent ear infection. (Effectively has a Fort. Save against DC 10 vs. Cure Disease.)

That should make his life miserable. :D

Mythusmage, that is wrong on so many levels! I love it :D! I'm definitely going to have to use it in one of my games.

P.S. The dervish didn't get off scot-free. He lost one of his prized scimitars to a polymorphed rust monster, which he charged and attacked as soon as he saw it. He decided to be the one to pick up and read a note slipped under a door (which the local goblin spellcaster had cast explosive runes on). And finally in the BBEG fight of the night, a giant, mutant, slavering goblin (troll stats with a level each in Bbn and Ftr) with a greatsword as big as the dervish cut him in half with a single blow. Coincidentally, his lousy luck started exactly as soon as he killed the defenseless goblins, at which point I started rolling consistent 15+ against him (I roll in the open). Karma?
