Don't you look to see who started a thread before reading it? Why not just ignore threads started by people on your ignore list? It would be nice if thread-starting posts were left out of this plan, if only to save me clicking back and forth to find the "first page" of discussion I obviously missed when I clicked on the link to the "second page" by mistake.
