I'm looking for Druid Epic prestige classes!

That's OK but i'm looking for something more interesting. I like the idea of expanding on the plant-Humanoid form. Not just the ability to wild shape into a Treant. I'm thinking of renaming the Epic Prestige class. that should take it away from the Treant Verdant lord image and more what I'm seeing.
BTW the skills were just numbered not in level order if that helps you understand. I'm thinking one of these abilities every 2 levels and an Epic Feat every 5 levels.
It is just that the Character will have to have been a level 10 Verdant lord to become this class.

How does "Verdant Drake" sound?

Well, the abilities are turned into feats at this point. So, the classes are given abilities that are dry, but that can be gained forever, and all the cool stuff becoimes epic feats. There is an Epic feat called Plant Wildshape. I seemed to have not included in my bonus feat list.

THe NA bonus ever third level is fine. The 5ft range per level on touch spells seems powerful. Also, isn't that already a feat?

"3) Gain in class spell power per level."

What do you mean by that?

Creating infusions and storing them on one's self is a great idea. I'd limit that to like store one per 2 levels or something like that.

The Wood Dragon I'd make an Epic Feat. It's another good idea. Instead of the half dragon, you could make it a full dragon with the Wood Elemental template from MotP.
