Me too, me too! Congrats, Kahuna_Burger! And, my condolendes to the hubby if he ever disagrees with you, cuz I've been in an arguement with you (oh but it was fun, lol).

Damnit, I don't have the search function, so I don't know which of my many arguments was with you! :D

Thanks everyone for all the kind words, oh and whoever asked, nope not hung over either, it was a dry wedding, with a sparkling cider toast drank out of our lovely dragon based wedding goblets.

No. no, i don't think he did. :p

Come, now - some confusion is forgivable!

"Oh yeah and me and my fiance got married in there too!"
"funny, thats the advice people kept giving my fiancee..."

... it seems Kahuna Burger isn't entirely certain if she was engaged to a man or a woman herself! :)

Heh... I was thinking about that to myself earlier, as a matter of fact... :)

Can anyone think of any english words other than fiance/e and blond/e that add an 'e' to the end when they refer to the feminine?

huh? I wasn't aware either was a feminine or masciline, I just can't spell....

that would explain seeing both spellings around... but I use one pronounciation as gender neutral adn don't worry about the spelling...

And I've NEVER added an e to blond to show it was a woman... thats just silly...

Seriously, though, there's a few that come close, with -an or -en becoming -enne:

equestrian / equestrienne
comedian / comedienne
doyen / doyenne
