based on that right there, would U, as a DM, allow a sorcerer to cast a divine-like spell after watching the party cleric or druid cast it repetatively?

For some reason, I seem to recall reading that the last sentence in that paragraph was from an earlier draft of the rules, and was supposed to have been removed before the book was printed.
