It's not as easy or as functional as the Offline build.

I'm sure they'll get around to fixing it right around the time they fix the fact that you can't houserule characters in the character builder. I guess my one year hiatus from DnD wasn't enough for them to fix anything.

Different strokes I guess- I find it easier to use then the offline one personally, not that the offline one was "hard," this one just kind of flows nice for me.

I agree. For me, its a lot easier to swap in powers and the like, at least in my admittedly brief run through with it.

From a functional standpoint I'm not finding any differences yet either, but that's probably because I've never exported the monsters. I always just print them off. However, I realize that is an important issue for a lot of folks and so hopefully it will get added for those that need them.

Well, printing to pdf and then cutting and pasting out of the pdf works fine for most of my purposes.
