an observation...

Is it just me, or is Keen not on the chart for Ranged Weapon Special Abilities. Keen is listed on the Melee Weapon Special Abilities table, but is nowhere on the Ranged Weapon table.

You could, however, use the Keen Edge spell to make keen arrows.

Keen comp longbow plus imp critical plus keen arrows means... crit 17-20/*3? Cool. Yeah I know there are PrClasses to raise this.

I wouldn't let the keen from the longbow and the keen from the arrows stack. They're the same bonus.

It's gettin' late for me, so I'll start a new thread later this morning. Besides, instead of retyping everything, I'll insert links to the other threads where it's been discussed. So far, I'm pretty damn happy about it, and I haven't gotten anything but positive feedback about it, but I'd like to get more opinions.

And besides which, keen can only be placed on a piercing or slashing weapon. It's pushing it to describe a bow as being a "piercing" weapon, although I guess you could impale someone on the ends....
