Improved Unarmed combat questions

On page 140 of the PHB, it states that a monk, a character witht he Improved Unarmed Strike feat, a spellcaster delivering a touch attack spell, and a creature with claws, fangs, and similar natural weapons all count as armed for both offense and defense. Not only do they not provoke an attack of opportunity when attacking an armed foe, but you provoke an attack of opportunity when attacking unarmed against a monk.

Yes ... and ???

HR #: You cannot make 'unarmed' unarmed AoOs.

This single sentence will achieve all the points made before.
That's what I interpreted from the rulebook. I assume that with the above statement it implies that you CAN make an "armed" unarmed AoO.

So what's your hangup?

No, actually it doesn't say that. Notice I wrote HR# in front meaning House Rules Number. It is my (and Skip Williams) HR.

You have always been able to that by the rules.
