Incorpereal and Gaseous Polymorph Forms

Is there a list anywhere that has these in it? I'm looking for forms that can be used with Polymorph, Polymorph Any Object or Shapechange. TIA

This rule isn't revoked until shapechange:

Unlike polymorph, this spell allows incorporeal or gaseous forms to be assumed.

Alter self has no such restriction, but since it doesn't grant subtypes or most abilities I doubt if there are any useful forms.

(As for your actual question: Not that I know of. )
