Increase Initiative

I'm looking for ways to increase an initiative score.

So far I've got:

constant
Improved Initiative feat: +4
+ Dexterity: +1 per 2 pts
Blooded feat: +2 (PGtF 35)
Aggressive talent: +2 (UA 87)

situational
Nerveskitter spell: +5 (SCmp 146)

There is the epic feat as well, but that is a ways off.

Any help would be appreciated!

Warforged with the 1st level fighter substitution level (+2 Init)

One of the guerilla feats from Heroes of Battle gives another +1.
 



There's an item in Secrets of Xen'drik that adds +2 initiative and +1d6 sneak attack. Bracer slot.

Swordsage class adds an initiative bonus.
 

Constant:
  • Eager Weapon Special Ability (Arms and Equipment Guide, p. 96): +2
  • Silthilar Flexible Spine graft (Lords of Madness): +4
  • Rod of Alertness (DMG): +1
Situational:
  • Initiative Weapon Special Ability (Oriental Adventures): +2 when wielded
  • Sign spell (Spell Compendium, p. 189)
 

Get a friend to take levels in the Dread Commando prestige class (Complete Warrior, I think). Gives an init bonus to not just himself but everybody in the party.
