All named bonuses of a single type always overlap, except in three specified special cases: dodge, circumstance, and racial bonuses. If inherent bonuses were supposed to be another exception, they'd be included in the list. They're not.
If inherent bonuses were intended to stack, why would wish include language about being used "in immediate succession" to grant higher inherent bonuses? That would be totally unnecessary if you could just pile the +1 bonuses on top of each other.
