Interesting idea

I am considering starting another T13K campaign in which the PCs are rulers, or one of them is, of a small (25 square miles) barony way out on the border of Mittendein. I have the map and locations pretty much down, though I need to flesh it out a lot more before I get going.

Would this be ok? If I have specific questions I'll send 'em your way

If any other CM wants to host the campaign, let me know. Mittendein is popular but not the only choice There's 12 others!

There are "wild lands" east of Kinrisar not fully under control of the crown. Many such situations exist along that border east of Virokon.

Mittendein would work. Kinrisar would also work very, very well I think. Argossea might also but I don't know if Moogle is active anymore...
