Internet Explorer oddity.

Recently, my Internet Explorer has been acting weird. Whenever I try to save a .jpg file, IE tries to save it as an untitled .bmp file. This has only started happening within the last few weeks. Has anybody else encountered this problem? And, if so, do they know a fix?

I would like to know a fix as well, I get the same thing when I try to save any type of pic, it saves it as an untilted .bmp file. I thought this was just the way it did it, but if it can be fixed, would be cool.

I ran into this myself some time ago. You need to clear out your cache (temporary files). There's an extensive explanation here:

I haven't run into this problem with Mozilla Firebird
