Not really. I watched the fan subs of this arc...and sadly this is just awful.

It however DOES get better when it follows back to the formula of comedic filler and actual manga based action.

Though I will allow for 133-134 to be action filler THIS time around.

In any case I'm waiting for the mid 80s-100s before I start truly enjoying this.

If only because the manga is slowly wrapping up.

Undead Panthers are fine. They just shouldn't be youkai. :p

If only you guys knew that here in Brazil the names of several characters has to be changed b/c of their meanings in Portuguese... :D :D :D

Most notably Kagome, Miroku, Naraku...

This also happened with Count Dooku (Ep 2) and Aku (Samurai Jack)...

PS: "It takes a difficult man to impregnate a chicken."

the current arcs haven't been much fun for me really, it just lacks flavor. The real problem is the saturday at midnight timeframe, since I never remember it's on.

Voc,

I can hardly forget since I'm asleep during the weekends when it runs at 12:30 am on weekdays.

In the meantime with the non-dubbed eps of Inuyasha done for now (movie 4 folks!), I'm filling in the time watching fan subs of Bleach, Samurai Champloo and Elven Lied.

I'll share Kagome, since it's the... err... safest (high, Granny Noah!)

Kagome sounds exactly like "I soil myself". Imagine Inuyasha yelling "I soil myself!" every single episode! :) :) :)

So here she's called Agome.

Miroku is Mirok, Naraku is Narak, Count Dooku is Count Dookan and Aku is Apu!
