I get an invalid data structure when trying to import S&F and MoTW.

Is this a problem on the exporter side, or mine?

May be both, depending on whether you are using the patched or unpatched version of e-Tools, and whether you are using the newest version of ETHelper. Use the newest version of both, and you should be in relatively good shape. The only problem I have now is with feats and the house rules editor, but this is a known bug.
