Invoker Frequency Powers?

I notice in the latest Invoker Essentials that some Encounter powers do not have the keyword "Encounter," but say "Frequency" instead, is this a typo, or am I missing something?

While I'm here: I just earned a new Attack 3 Encounter power for my Invoker of Preservation, and I was going to select the power, "Symbol of the Broken Sword," does anyone think that any of the new Attack 3 Encounter powers in the latest Invoker Essentials would be better for my Invoker than that one? He is definitely bent on preserving and controlling.

My guess is, it's just a typo. It looks like someone was using a power template and forgot to replace the "Frequency" placeholder with the actual frequency of the power.

Great. That's what I figured, but I wanted to make sure. I really like the fact that there are very few typos in this game (at least, by my standards). I tried to play l5r 3ed, and they may as well have written it in Martian-language.
