Just for fun, let's imagine the following:

A group of adventurers kill some monsters and bring home their carcasses along with some exotic flora and tell their chef to cook it. Now you as the cook are very well paid by these adventureres and they have sophisticated palates. What do you cook?

I'll start:

Blackened Wyvern tail Cajun style appetizer
Pickled Gibbering Mouther salad
Manticore steaks
Choice of Gelatinous Cube or Black Pudding for desert

You have to make a meal featuring one theme ingredient. That's how they do it on iron chef. I suggest we start with rock eggs. One per chef.

Following the original guidelines:
Steamed bat wings with a slug hollandaise
Poached dragon eggs
Crispy fried dire toad legs
Manticore pudding

Following the suggested format:
Roc egg drop soup with Troll blood sauce
Poached Roc eggs on Medusa toast points
Roc N' Roll Salad (Roc egg scrambled and placed on a Myconid and Puffball Fungus salad)
Roc Lobster - Giant Lobster baked and served with Roc egg hollandaise
Chilled Roc egg cubes (Deviled Rocs eggs cut into cubes and chilled sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar)
