Iron DM trademark?

As I have mentioned before, I plan on going into the PDF publishing business... does anyone here have an objection if I were to use "Iron DM" in my trademark?

Since it's something we do here, I myself am a little uncomfortable about you wanting to trademark it. I'll let Nem weigh in, though.

I'll be happy to talk to you about it over email - but I have already been in negotiation with a publisher about the "Iron DM" idea. . so, i am thinking I'd rather you didn't.

It was just an idea. I kinda figured that would be the outcome, but it was worth a try...

it would take just about any legal system 9 months and thousands of dollars to straighten this issue out. ENworld takes 2 days and 4 posts.
