Is Drew Carey the DM of Whose Line is it Anyway?

No.
I have never seen him roll dice, and if there's no randomness then he's not being a referee in th D&D sense of being a DM.

Would anyone who enjoys playing or especially running Amber Diceless like to field this one please?

Cedric

Amber DRPG??

Well, he could have a list of stats (Psyche, Warfare, Endurance, & Strength) for the other guys somewhere on his desk.;) There really aren't Experience Points in Amber DRPG, so since the points don't matter on WLiiAW, I guess that could fall under the game rules. Drew sets up the scene & the comedians kinda "battle" it out trying to see who can be funniest.

I for one would love to see Dworkin doing Improv. ;)

Ah, but he does pull "encounters" out of a hat, so there is an element of randomness.

Sort of. It's closer to a LARP then table top though, and not really close to either.

Not even really that is it? It is scripted and they use writers (comedian Bruce Baum is one of them), not like the original version.
