Is mobility weak compared to other feats?

compared to feats from some of the 3rd party publishers. yes it is weak.

compared to feats in the PHB. no, it isn't. and in most combat heavy games is quite useful.

I voted 'No'.

One could argue Mobility is weak because it has a weak prereq. That is a problem with Dodge, not Mobility. However Spring Attack is a very, very strong feat, so you need to overpay somewhere in the feat chain.

Mobility itself is a solid enough feat.
