The race creation rules in GeneFunk are great. With the abundant tables for enhancements and flaws as well as cherry picking some of the cyberware you could create some interesting things. Just have to keep in mind that the strength of the races skew higher than standard 5e so you would have to adjust accordingly. For instance you can buy +4 boost to a stat which would be bonkers for a D&D game.
