Is there a non-arcane archer PrC?

One of the things I'll continue to be congratulating the Pathfinder creators for, is the full on de-emphasising of the whole PrC arms race BS.

Fighter all the way, and done. Beautiful. Who'da thunk it, that the best straight out fighting class should be the best at straight out fighting. :D

I kinda agree with you, but at the same time, I remember how some of the prestige classes were more about a concept then being the best

Like the Drunken Master, or the Beast Master

yes, these have their equivalents in PF, but they both lose some class abilities to gain the concept abilities (which are not always better)

The Drunken Master really seems more like a monk archetype.

The Beast Master works better as a base class. Which is why I wrote one.

Since I don't think anyone said the fighter class is good enough with archery that not prestige class is needed. It is the best archer in the game. The ranger or paladin will out damage when their special abilities come into play, but the fighter does enough damage with arrows that it doesn't need anything else.
