D&D 5E (2014) Is there an adventure for this map?

Sorry, having trouble navigating the forum tools. I meant to say that I actually didn't playtest that adventure until after TSR had accepted it (back in the 2nd Edition days). It turned out to be a total party kill... :)

Incidentally, I didn't know that WoC had republished that map in Heroes of Horror until I thumbed through that book in a used bookstore, way after the fact.

Sorry, that last post was directed at Ancalalon.

That's ok, it takes a little while to get used to all of the forum's functions and foibles.

For example, if you want to attract attention to someone without quoting them in full, just put @ in front of their name, like so : Majinine

Thanks for the info. Yeah, I was just trying to figure out how to delete a post, so that I could repost it correctly, but under Edit Post I can't find the delete button... Granted, I haven't had my coffee yet.

Oh! That looks a lot like a castle in a Dungeon Magazine adventure - a rather good one I should add.

One moment... (goes to dig in boxes) ... Yes! That layout is unforgettable. Dungeon Magazine Issue #75, July/August 1999. The Forgotten Man, by Steve Devaney. I rather liked running that adventure, maybe I should again... would have to convert it from 2nd ed, but whatever :)

I now await to be showered in my well deserved XP :D
I wrote that adventure! I'd raise you a whole level.

This is maybe an unreasonable piggybacking, but does anyone know if there is an adventure associated with this fun little map in the 2014 DMG?

I don't recognize that particular map but at least three of the maps at the back of the 2014 DMG were recycled from issues of Dungeon magazine:

The windmill on page 310 of the 2014 DMG is from an adventure called 'Prey for Smiley Bob' in Dungeon magazine issue #205.

The town map on the upper half of page 313 of the 2014 DMG is from an article called 'Mistwatch' in Dungeon magazine issue #186.

The city map on the lower half of page 313 of the 2014 DMG is from an article called 'Diyun: The Hanging City' in Dungeon magazine issue #189.
