Is there anyway to print PDFs with 2 pages per sheet?

I was wondering if there was a way to print pdf documents so that there were 2 pages of the doc on the same side of a sheet of paper. If double sided, the document would be 4 pages a sheet; for example 1 &2 shunk on the front, 3 and 4 shrunk on the back.
